Save money visiting all three SeaWorld locations with these deals for 2010.

SeaWorld is unique amongst most theme parks in that not only does it have rides and shows, but it also works to rescue and rehabilitate marine animals around the world. As such, visiting one of its theme parks isn't just about thrills, but also opportunities to interact with animals one normally wouldn't get to see up close.

SeaWorld has three locations in the United States. One is in San Diego. The second is in San Antonio, Texas. The third is in Orlando, Florida.

It can be expensive to visit, especially for families, but there are deals to be had which can save travelers money. Here is a listing of the best of those deals, many of which are valid through the end of 2010.

Get a Child's Ticket for Only $5

One of the best promotions SeaWorld is running is aimed at families with children 12 and under.

For every adult ticket purchased at regular price, get a child's ticket (for ages 3 to 12) for only $5. That's a savings of more than $40 per child. Even better, the entire $5 goes to fund one of three wildlife conservation projects selected by the ticket buyer.

This deal is only available in advance and by online purchase only. For more information, or to purchase, visit the SeaWorld Cares website.

Purchase an Adult Ticket for a Child's Price in San Antonio

Planning to visit SeaWorld San Antonio? They have a coupon promotion running that allows visitors to purchase a one-day adult ticket at the child's price.

In addition to this, the same coupon allows one child ticket free per adult ticket purchased, up to six people per coupon. And yes, both offers are stackable so it's possible to get a free child ticket for each discounted adult ticket.

Simply print out the Facebook coupon and present it at the ticket window along with payment. This offer is valid through January 2, 2011.

No kids? The adult-at-child's-price offer is also available for purchase online at the SeaWorld website.

The Orlando Twilight Ticket

Visitors to SeaWorld Orlando this summer who don't want to spend all day at the park should consider the new Twilight Ticket. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with vampires or werewolves, but it does offer discounted admission to the park after 3 p.m. for $39.95 (plus tax).

This promotion is valid via online ticket purchases for visits through Labor Day (September 6, 2010).

The SeaWorld Fun Card

This deal is great for those who are local to Orlando or San Antonio.

Purchase a SeaWorld Fun Card either online or at the park, and for the price of a one-day adult ticket, gain unlimited admission through December 31, 2010 free. Parking is additional per visit, but it still offers tremendous savings for those who are able to visit more than once before the end of the year.

SeaWorld San Diego has something similar, but it is called the Summer Pass and expires September 6, 2010.

Ongoing SeaWorld Ticket Discounts

Depending on attendance and the time of year, each park also offers seasonal discounts or local resident discounts on a regular basis. Be sure to check online at the SeaWorld website before visiting any of the three locations, as they may sometimes be running individual promotions.

With a little planning and advance preparation, it's usually possible to obtain some sort of deal on SeaWorld tickets. And as budget travelers know, every little bit saved is a good thing.
