Pop legend Michael Jackson was in the middle of rehearsing for his first concerts in several years at the time of his death on June 25, 2009. Prior to his death, Jackson has been in talks with Cirque du Soleil about creating a show based on his music, similar to the Beatles and Elvis shows Cirque produces in Las Vegas. Following his death, plans continued and the finished product is set to be revealed in the Fall of 2011.
About the Michael Jackson Show
Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour is aimed at both lifelong fans and those who are new to his music.

Using Michael Jackson's inspirational music and lyrics, the show is a fusion of visuals, dance and music that ultimately tells the story of Jackson's global messages of love, peace and unity.
